The FSMC must be able to provide the number of meals requested below, served Monday-Friday for breakfast, lunch and snack services. All meals must follow the NSLP meal pattern to be reimbursed. This is for one RFP (Request for Proposal) for the following schools:<\/p>\nSan Jose Primary School<br \/>\n4072 Sunbeam Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257<br \/>\n140 breakfast, 175 lunch, 25 snack\nSan Jose Preparatory High School<br \/>\n4072 Sunbeam Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257<br \/>\n100 breakfast, 365 lunch\nSan Jose Cecil Early College<br \/>\n13520 FSCJ Cecil Dr., Jacksonville, FL 3221<br \/>\n20 breakfast, 95 lunch\n<p>All bids must be sealed and sent to Ryan Rewey, 4040 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257 by June 24, 2024 at 10 AM.
