Our BCE Volunteer Form<\/a> is your gateway to making a difference in our school community. Whether you’re eager to contribute your time and talents or have specific needs for volunteer support, this form allows us to connect the right people with the right opportunities.<\/p>\n

From classroom assistance to event coordination and special projects, there are countless ways for parents to get involved. We encourage you to share as much detail as possible about your interests, availability, and specific requests to help us match you with meaningful opportunities.<\/p>\n

Please note that while we value all offers of assistance, volunteer opportunities may be subject to background checks, scheduling limitations, or specific training requirements. Additionally, some roles may require prior approval or alignment with school policies to ensure the safety and success of our students.<\/p>\n

2025 UPDATE: Florida Statute Changes – Pursuant to 435.04 and 435.12 F.S.,\u00a0<\/b> and <\/b>section 943.04351, F.S.<\/b><\/p>\n

Clearance from Duval County Public Schools (DCPS) is required for all our volunteers. Duval County has increased the level of screening for campus volunteers, including a fee for background screenings.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Visit<\/b> https:\/\/dcps.duvalschools.org\/volunteers<\/b><\/a> to complete the volunteer application. Applications typically take 5-10 business days to process.
