You are not required to provide identification,\n      give your name, or explain why you are requesting the records.\n    \n    \n      To help us locate the correct records, please describe the requested\n      records as specifically as possible. Helpful information may include:\n    \n    <ul>\n      <li>The type or subject of the records;<\/li>\n      <li>The applicable school, department, program, employee, or event;<\/li>\n      <li>The approximate date or date range;<\/li>\n      <li>Whether you wish to inspect the records or receive copies; and<\/li>\n      <li>Your preferred format for receiving copies.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    \n      Bold City Education will acknowledge requests promptly and respond in\n      good faith in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Some records\n      or portions of records may be confidential or exempt from disclosure and\n      will be withheld or redacted as required by law.\n    \n    \n      Fees may apply as permitted by Florida law. If a request requires\n      extensive staff assistance, information-technology resources, or a\n      substantial volume of copies, we will provide a cost estimate before\n      completing the request.\n    \n  \n    <strong>Email Notice:<\/strong> Under Florida law, email addresses are\n    public records. If you do not want your email address released in response\n    to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this\n    organization. Instead, contact the Custodian of Public Records by\n    telephone, mail, or in person.\n  \n<\/section>\n\t<p>Our organization adheres to the guidelines and restrictions in federal FERPA law, and will not release student records or information to unauthorized individuals.
