Parent Portal Instructions (Focus)

1. In order to access your student's grades, you must sign up for a Parent Focus account through Duval County Public Schools. Please use the legal guardian's full name name and personal email address when creating the account.

2. After creating your parent account, login to identify and connect to your children's account on the Student Information page by entering their school name, student ID#, and last name. (You must visit your child's school to verify your request.)
Note: You can connect all of your children within this one account. You do not need to create a separate parent account for each child!

4. You have 7 days to verify the account with the link in your email. Go to the email account you during registration and search for an email from FIMservice@duvalschools.org.

5. Once you have verified your account, login and click on the button to link your children.
